 +Just as things were starting to calm down a bit, the [[event:Rigasia/Kesizma War]] started, and in the first day, Rigasia dropped a (conventional) bomb in the [[place:nuskom#zone|Nuskom Zone]]. This undid every attempt to deescalate the situation, and half of [[place:Valtshora]] is now in open rebellion.
