Some members of the Tohokai group had escaped to [[Goryeo|Goryeo]] after and during Arakawa's fall.
 After a few years though, most of the country had started to calm down and grow more. Yukino Kurimoto and Yumiko's sister Hana took it upon themself to help out with supporting the people as the country transitioned back to a democracy and stable economy under the NSC. For the most part the country in the modern era is stable and economically well off with support coming in from Zhongguo.
