 The amount of happiness generated when Vituska was killed could have powered the AC units of an entire city block for a week. We need to find a way to bottle that.
+There's no actual way to make a person unable to use their gift: no drugs that bring a person to "normal" and no collars/cuffs capable of blocking it; what can be done is pump people so full of relaxants that they become unable to focus on anything, be it their fingers or their gift. Continuous use of this will usually kill someone because of liver failure in a matter of weeks at best, though.
