Captain Zomajen is the leader of a [[thing:tank]]-riding squad of the [[org:Rigasian Army]] active during the [[event:Rigasia/Kesizma War]].

He's a black man partially fluent in a Mandé language (possibly Maninka) that's at least vaguely mutually intelligible with what's spoken in the version of Mali under [[place:Kesizma]]'s domain, so he's there trying to find a way to reach the original Kesizman timeline.
