Doctor Elinore Kandisky is a [[place:rigasia|Rigasian]] biologist that worked in one of the very secret teams that developed new and better versions of the [[thing:p_cell|Koteglia Mechanism]].

Being very tied into military secrecy, she was highly dissatisfied with her situation, and was permanently being watched by at least two agents from the [[org:Paranormal Foundation]]; this had the effect of making her anxiety insanely high, since she did not even dare think about anything that could be construed as treasonous.

During [[session:25|Session 25]], the party put in action a plan to kidnap her during the Umichooan Inquiry into Rigasian Issues.
