======Victor Vituska======

Victor Vituska was an officer of the [[place:valtshora|Valtshoran]] Army (coloquially known as the Blackcaps) during the [[event:second_great_war|Second Great War]]. After the [[place:nuskom#bombing|Bombing]] and capitulation he hid elsewhere and became an international terrorist bent on causing issues for [[place:rigasia|Rigasia]] and everyone else.

During [[session:2|Session 2]] he entered the [[place:nuskom#zone|Nuskom Zone]] alongside a young man named [[npc:zach_shpak|Zach Shpak]] he had been grooming to access a cache containing a [[thing:the_glove|silk glove]] with strange properties, where he got in a fight with [[pc:clark_dubois|Clark Dubois]] and [[pc:gaia_dynko|Gaia Dynko]]. In the resulting fight he discovered that Zach was a trans man (in Vituska's words "a deviant") and he slit his throat right there and now. 

Zach was saved (maybe?) by the timely intervention of Clark who then fought Vituska alongside Gaia forcing him to retreat.

Vituska came back in [[session:6|Session 6]], this time with reinforcements and a plan: he set up base in the property of Valtshoran media mogul [[npc:Antoine Motyl]] and sent a handful of gangsters to kidnap Gaia, and then Clark. He personally attacked [[npc:Ferret]] in the [[place:Hunter Guildhouse]] and set the place on fire, but was then killed in the combined assault of the party and Iorena's hunters.
