======Zoé Curie======

Zoé Curie is a [[place:rigasia|Rigasian]] convict that volunteered to participate in the timeline exploration project to commute her sentence.

======Story======

Zoé Curie was born on the eve of a vicious civil war. Unfortunately for her, the city she was born in quickly became the place where the central battle took place and her parents were force to leave the house to hide in basement and shelter.  They survived by scavenging whatever they could find. Zoé has only few memory of that time, and her dad always refuses to speak of it.

After Rigasia started to get involve in the conflict they were welcome as peace-bringers and with an already sizable minority in rigasia, numerous people emigrate there including Zoé's parents, she then pursued an education in Rigasia

During her schooling, her dad managed to create a successful firework company, managing even to get contract with the rigasian government for a national celebration. And so Zoé worked with her dad as a part time job.

Using that money and a lot of studying, Zoé managed to enroll to a prestigious university where she started studying physics, during one of her class, she meet who will become her first girlfriend, their romance started after being invited by her to play tabletop games with her. She became a big fan of the game and learned how to paint minis, make art of their character and even purchasing a costume of her red panda character.

During university, she got very interested on the nature of particules, more specifically on atomic theory, to the point where as a physic project she had to made, she invented her own Geiger counter, creating her own unit of measure of ionizing radiation called "curie"

Her girlfriend ended up committing suicide after her parents disowned her and publicly shame her for it. While Zoé's parent did not disowned her, they were not approving, Zoé still feels guilty for her girlfriend's death.

After leaving university, she started working as an independent researcher, seeking to help community in need, she try to find a ways to generate a huge amount of power that would not require π technology using the fission of atom.

She succeeded in creating a small prototype but the patent agency turn up to be more dangerous than expected, a big company working with the rigasian government of energy noticed the new patent and decided to prevent its use, which ended up with her being arrested on bribery charge, the judge found her guilty after being bribed by said company.
