There have been a recent wave of protests in both Rigasia and other territories held by it; the main point of contention is the Bombings, their results, rigasian policy about the Zones and their continued development of the technology that caused the issue in the first place, but there are several different undercurrents that are very much at odds: from political liberals trying to make a better future to radical ultranationalists that want to go back to the state before the War.
Just as things were starting to calm down a bit, the Rigasia/Kesizma War started, and in the first day, Rigasia dropped a (conventional) bomb in the Nuskom Zone. This undid every attempt to deescalate the situation, and half of Valtshora is now in open rebellion.
