Fulan ibn Fulan is a Musian-Rigasian expatriate that has found his way to one of the timelines under Kesizma's control and is found by the party cooperating with an slave uprising during Session 14.

He's described as a pretty tan dude with a hooked nose, and very extroverted.

During the Second Great War, he and his family were placed in a Rigasian internment camp as many other Musians were, even thought they had escaped the country.

He insists that he was imprisoned by the Rigasian administration because he uncovered the truth about the Koteglia Leap (it was aliens), but that the being Musian, involved in a lot of protests against the administration, queer as fuck, and a member of the rigasian timeline version of the communist party might have had a part on it.
