a Nihonic woman in her 60s with ties to Green Bell, a good friend of Maelle Kurimoto. During the early days of the new Nihonic State she would help the poor in her village and other affected prefectures (Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo) via food distribution and economic aid from donations, which in turn caused the development of a charity to help the poor and refugees in Nihon as a whole. Just after the 2nd Great War, she immigrated to Valtshora to work in relief efforts with the Green Bell, thus meeting Maelle.
