Great Dream
The Great Dream is the name of the place where a dead version of Ariyadna pulled Antonio Vargas after his own death at the hands yet another Ariyadna.
It might be some kind of afterlife. The local Ariyadna says that people's memories linger in the Great Dream and a person can be more fully realized there if you know how.
In the only scene we have seen, Antonio experienced the Great Dream as an idealized version of his childhood home, and his childhood pet pig Rosa welcomed him to it.
Amanda insists the Great Dream is connected through the Sun. No one seems to understand what this means.
The Great Dream is apparently related to the discipline of dreamwalking, that can manifest memories on the real world. Gaia Dynko has materialized the memories of Victor Vituska, the six rigasian soldiers dead during the hunt for Maal, and a plate of supernaturally delicious cookies.
The Great Dream might be which allowed Clark Dubois and Gaia Dynko to contact a future version of Riung.
Party Dreamwalking Log
Nuskom Bombing
Beggining of session 3 gaia takes on the glove inside the zone
- Gaia takes on the glove.
- And when you put it you kinda stop hearing what clark is saying, because instead you're seeing and hearing so much. Clark is suddenly kinda not there? he's suddenly like this weird shape made of cold wind and frost. There are strange lines of wind that start where he used the glove and spread through the air and the ground.
- And then you see AMANDA and you have to look up because she's HUGE, and not exactly like a physical thing? More like a part of the countryside in the rough shape of a a squirrel with eyes that extend the entirety of the horizon.
- And you follow those eyes, and see the ruins of nuskom and you SCREAM. you can't see this. you can't stand it. it's painful, so painful. seeing the ruin hurts.
- It's like you were there when the bomb fell. and you are feeling the explosion as a continuous thing. every single one of your senses is blinded by it. your eyes are assaulted by light, your ears hurt from the loud explosion, your body feels like it's burning and being torn away from the debris flying past you. closing your eyes does nothing to alleviate it. in fact it lets you see it more clearly.
at that point gaia takes the glove off
First conversation with AMANDA
This happened day before session 4
- When the glove is snug and cozy and fits perfectly, the world goes WEIRD again.
- AMANDA looks again like a giant drug trip. Like if the entire forest had the shape of a giant squirrel. The trees have not moved, but now you know that some of those trees are the giant tail of a squirrel, and the horizon line peeking from behind them is her eyes.
- AMANDA: I FEEL BIG
- Gaia: You feel different than before?
- AMANDA: YOU FEEL ME DIFFERENT THAN BEFORE
- AMANDA is not yelling, but her voice comes from EVERYWHERE
- Gaia: You're scaring me
- AMANDA: I DO NOT WISH YOU HARM
- Gaia: did you unlock like an ancient knowledge or something now?
- AMANDA: I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WHAT I AM
- Gaia: so do you talk differently now or do i hear you weirdly and with changed way of talking?
- AMANDA: YOU ARE LOOKING UPWARDS. AND SLOWLY. SO VERY SLOWLY
- AMANDA: IF YOU KEEP SLOWING DOWN YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO GO BACK
- Gaia: huh??
- AMANDA: GO BACK, GAIA, YOU SHOULD NOT DO THIS ALONE
- Gaia: are you sure?
- AMANDA: I AM SURE
- Gaia: okay…
- Gaia takes off the glove
- you are lying on the ground, and amanda is frantically patting your face and it's a LOT later than it was when you put on the glove. you might have spent a couple hours in that short conversation with forest-manda
- Gaia: Amanda i talked with you right???
- Amanda: you were very very small
More gaia and AMANDA
it happens somewhere in between the 2 around, not sure when yet

Amanda's Story
At the start of Session 14, the party dreamed of being squirrels and being told this story by Amanda:
Do you know the sun that looks on us is not the first one?
Like trees, suns grow bigger and bigger, then fall, and from their decayed wood, new suns grow.
Before our sun, there were two more and this story begins in the first of them.
So long ago that suns had not yet fallen to the ground, and thus there was no land or water only wind… and fire.
These suns did not have squirrels, not like we know them. There were people living there, but it was a life of fire and wind, and bigger than anything we can imagine now.
The fire-beings from the first suns lived long, and lived well, but in time, the first suns died, and with them most of the beings did too.
But some of them managed to build themselves wings to fly off the ancinent fire-trees and escaped, and lived.
At first, they were elated. But then, they understood a terrible thing: they were now alone. there was no one else to talk to, and no trees to find them.
And it wold take an enormous amount of time for new people to be born in new trees so the wisest of them had an idea.
They created smaller creatures like themselves, big as the fire trees, and hung them on every single new sun, and to them they told: you must teach the new children that are born in your trees how to talk, so someday they will be able to find us.
And for a long, long time, the new creatures have lived in the new suns, caring for the dreams of every single new being born.
They are the Dream Queens of the Giver of Shapes.
