This is a decent house. it clearly used to have a big garden area around it but Iorena sold the ground so now a lot of other smaller houses were built on it. and in the center there's an old timey small manor house that is unofficially known as the Zwosta Hunter Guild.

The only ground area that remains is a big ex-garden on front of the house that is now mostly used as parking or training space

the house itself is kinda weird because it clearly used to be a very well built thing by people who had a lot of money, then they went into hard times, then the wars passed and the house has a lot of low-quality patches…
