Buildings have a look we would recognize as “vaguely european”, and they are a mix of pretty decent construction with a lot shoddier stuff added in a hurry later, and then a bunch of more modern apartments that were added to house the influx of refugees escaping the growing zone along the year.

Roofs are very steep to deal with winter snow and hang a lot off the sides, but right now it's late spring/summer, so there's no snow anywhere, and the roofs just hang projecting shade on all streets.

Streets tend to be narrow, twisty and steep because the terrain is a lot more mountainous that the “good” terrain for building that's all around the Nuskom ruins.
