Smelting a water bucket in any kind of furnace generates a special item named
"Bucket of Salt"; when the player puts it into their inventory, the item splits
into a regular bucket and nine units of Salt.
Uses an advancement to check if a player put a Bucket of Salt in their
inventory, then triggers a function to split it into Bucket and Salt.
