Replaces the diamond tier of tools, weapons and armor, with steel.
Under the hood, the game retextures and renames all diamond items to look like steel:
Acquisition of steel is very different than acquisition of diamond: steel is made by smelting (already smelted) steel ingots in a blast furnace. Once obtained, they can be use just as diamonds were to generate steel-grade items.
Diamond ore drops diamonds as usual, but these are not useful for crafting. They might be used as server currency instead.
